The whole job
- The website and what sits behind it. Most web designers hand over a site and stop. Most automation people never touch the site. Doing both is the point.
- We run this way ourselves. Scheduled jobs, monitoring and an approval step before anything goes out — including the assistant on this page.
- One point of contact. UK-based, same time zone, and you speak to whoever is building it.
How we work
- Nothing starts without a written scope. Price, timeline and boundaries agreed first. Changes beyond it are quoted, not quietly absorbed or quietly dropped.
- You own what you pay for. Your domain stays yours, and the finished site and its content are yours once paid for.
- We will say no. If an off-the-shelf product does the job, or the automation would not pay for itself, we would rather tell you.

No. You describe the problem in your own words — what takes too long, what gets forgotten, what you would rather not do again. Working out how to solve it is our job.
Starter is £495, Business is £895, and Advanced is quoted from £1,495 after a scoping call. Looking after it afterwards is £29 or £49 a month. Everything is set out on the websites page, and what moves the number is explained in what a website actually costs.
It depends entirely on the process, so we do not publish a price we would have to walk back. We scope it, tell you what it would take, and quote before anything starts. If it is not worth doing we will say so.
A Starter website is usually a couple of weeks once we have your content. Automation work varies much more widely. You get a timeline before we begin, and we would rather give you a realistic one than a flattering one.

For websites, that is what the care plans are for. For automation work, we agree what support looks like before the project starts rather than leaving it vague.
You deal directly with the person building it. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
Whatever suits the job — we are not tied to one vendor. Static sites, Next.js, n8n, custom scripts, AI models where they genuinely earn their place, and the tools you already use rather than replacements for them.
